Terms and Conditions
Equipment must possess ISI/BIS quality certification.
The item, brand, specification, and warranty (minimum 1 year) must be specified separately in the tender.
Rates quoted per unit in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.
Under running contract terms, materials must be supplied at the fixed rate for the period required by the Panchayat.
Samples must be submitted when requested.
Supply must be completed within 7 days from the receipt of the work order.
All conditions as per the Procurement Manual for Local Self-Government Institutions shall be applicable to the tenders.
